Fiber Laser Steel, Aluminum, Brass Cutting Machine

A fiber laser cutting machine is designed for sheet metal fabrication of steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, copper, alloy, gold, silver, and iron with  laser power options(1000W, 1500W, 2000W, 3000W, 4000W, 6000W, 8000W, 10000W, 12000W, 15000W, 20000W, 30000W, 40000W) for cutting through different thicknesses and types of metal. These machines use concentrated laser beams delivered through fiber optic cables to cut through various metals with extreme precision.

How Fiber Lasers Work

The laser emitted by the fiber laser generator is focused into a high-power density laser beam through the optical path system. The beam irradiates the surface of the workpiece, causing the workpiece to reach the melting point or boiling point, and at the same time, the high-pressure auxiliary gas coaxial with the beam blows away the molten or vaporized material

Power Options Available

Fiber laser cutting machines come in various power configurations:

  • 500W-1000W: Entry-level, thin materials
  • 1500W: Most popular for small business, cuts up to 3-4mm steel
  • 2000W: Mid-range professional use
  • 3000W: Heavy-duty applications
  • 4000W-6000W: Industrial high-volume production
  • 12000W-20000W: Extreme thick plate cutting

How Much Does IGOLDEN Fiber Laser Cutting Machines Cost?
